1. Services

Quality Turn Cleaning ("we," "us," "our") provides professional cleaning services including Airbnb turnover cleaning, short-term rental cleaning, vacation rental cleaning, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and co-hosting/property management services in Texas. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone at (737) 248-1602, or by email at hello@quality-turn.com. All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours of your request. Recurring cleaning schedules are coordinated directly with your booking calendar.

3. Pricing & Payment

Cleaning prices are based on the size and condition of your property, the scope of services requested, and your turnover frequency. We provide free estimates before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that short-term rental schedules change quickly. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated service cost. Same-day cancellations or no-access situations (e.g., lockbox code not provided) may be charged the full service fee.

5. Access to Property

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property on the scheduled date. This includes providing working lockbox codes, key locations, gate codes, or other access instructions. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

6. Satisfaction & Re-Cleans

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional charge. Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a complimentary re-clean.

7. Liability & Insurance

Quality Turn Cleaning is fully insured. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during a cleaning, please report it within 48 hours. We will investigate and, where our team is responsible, arrange for repair or replacement. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed prior to service.

8. Photo Documentation

As part of our standard service, we take before and after photos of the property. These photos are shared with you for transparency and quality assurance. We may use anonymized or de-identified photos (without address or identifying details) in our marketing materials unless you opt out by notifying us in writing.

9. Website Use

The content on quality-turn.com is for informational purposes. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content. Prices, availability, and service details are subject to change without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
