Before launching Quality Turn in 2022, Vanessa worked as a certified medical assistant — a career that instilled a deep appreciation for cleanliness, attention to detail, and caring for people.
As a bilingual (English and Spanish) native Texan, Vanessa noticed that short-term rental hosts were struggling to find reliable Airbnb cleaning services. Too many vacation rental cleaning companies cut corners, communicated poorly, or couldn't keep up with the demanding turnover schedules of Airbnb and VRBO hosts.
She built Quality Turn to be different — a professional Airbnb cleaning service that hosts could trust to deliver a consistent, five-star result on every single turnover clean.
